I’m slowly recovering and overcoming my own issues. For the past two weeks I’ve been eating my fear foods and just want to get back to a healthy lifestyle. I’m sick and tired of my own thoughts bullying my physical appearance.
So since deciding to be single and focus on me for a bit, I’ve had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I’ve grown more confident in self acceptance and have far less triggers.
All in all, loving ones self starts from within; not the reflection gazing back in our beauty diluted and skewed perceptive eyes.
